Student Debt Mastery is a matching service. This website is operated by Wellbuilt Strategies, LLC dba Student Debt Mastery (“SDM”), Get Leclix LLC, and Ready Doc Prep LLC (together, “we” and “us”), and these companies may contact you about your appointment and your request. We connect borrowers with specialists who can talk through federal student loan options. We are not the U.S. Department of Education, we are not a loan servicer, and we are not affiliated with any government agency. Our service is not available in California, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Oregon, Washington, Illinois, or New Mexico.
This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, call us, or book a call time, and how we use and share it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your first and last name, mobile phone number, email address, state, the call time you choose, and your answers to a few short questions (for example, an estimated balance range, whether you are out of school, and whether you have income).
- Your consent record: when you agree to be contacted, we keep a record of the exact consent wording you saw, the date and time, your IP address, your browser’s user agent, and the page you were on.
- Information collected automatically: device and browser information, IP address, pages you visit, the website that referred you, and campaign details in the link you used (such as source or ad parameters).
- Calls: if you call us, we receive your phone number and call details. Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance purposes.
How we use your information
- To schedule your call, call you at the time you chose, and send you texts about your appointment and your request.
- To match you with a specialist who may be able to help, depending on your situation.
- To keep records of your consent and your contact preferences, including opt-outs.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
How we share your information
- Specialists you are matched with: if, during your call, you ask to be connected with a specialist, we share the information that specialist needs to help with your request.
- Service providers: companies that host our website, store data, place calls, or deliver text messages for us. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, SDM, or others.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, sale, or similar transaction.
Mobile information: we do not sell or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies, pixels, and browser storage to remember how you arrived at our site and to measure our advertising (for example, whether a visit led to a call). These tools do not receive your name, phone number, or email from our booking form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service, keep required records (including consent records), resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Then we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
