The program
Student Debt Mastery is a matching service. This website is operated by Wellbuilt Strategies, LLC dba Student Debt Mastery (“SDM”), Get Leclix LLC, and Ready Doc Prep LLC (together, “we” and “us”), and these companies may call and text you. We send text messages about appointments you book with us and the request you made, such as a booking confirmation and a reminder before your call. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
SDM is not the U.S. Department of Education, not a loan servicer, and not affiliated with any government agency. Our service is not available in California, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Oregon, Washington, Illinois, or New Mexico.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the consent box when you book a call time on our website and entering your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. For a typical booking, expect about 2 messages (a confirmation and a reminder). Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to opt out or get help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have opted out, and then no more texts unless you opt in again.
- Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at support@studentdebtmastery.com.
Other terms
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You agree to tell us if you change or give up the mobile number you used to opt in.
- We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
